COMPANY PROFILE
Innolutions introduced its first CRC1 Cutoff Control in 1991. Our design utilized a commercially available PLC to achieve reliability and faster correction rates. Faster correction rate resulted in significant savings providing a very short pay back period. Soon, we started replacing existing controls in the field. Our statistical approach also helped press operators utilize the cutoff control as a tool to optimize web tension.


Considering our Cutoff Control features, our satisfied customers started asking for controls for different functions on a printing press. We responded with our SRC Web Guides. And again, our customers started reaping the benefits of our short pay back period improving overall efficiency of the printing process.

We completed our third phase of development by introducing the revolutionary CRC2K Color Register Control. While our competition was engaged in cosmetic improvement of their products with no significant change in performance, we introduced a color register control with a completely new approach.
